I did not realize that the days have been going by so fast. A couple of days ago, a new year has begun. I hope that this new year will bring us a lot of happiness, blessings, and great surprises.

Comfort Before Style

My sister, cousin, and I went to Thailand. It was a great place to shop but found that it was hard to take fashion pictures in the bazaars. Therefore after a day of travelling the clothing aisles, decided to take photos in the Baiyoke hotel hallway. It is always important to choose comfort when dressing on a day that you will explore a lot. What is comfortable is up to you. 

Ang aking kapatid, pinsan, at ako ay pumunta sa Thailand. Ang sarap magshopping pero natuklasan ko na hindi siya tamang lugar para kumuha ng mga fashion photos. Pagkatapos tumingin-tingin sa mga damit, napagdesisyonan ko na kumuha na lang ng mga litrato sa Baiyoke Hotel hallway. Laging importante na kumportable ang suot sa araw na buong araw naglalakad sa labas. Kung ano ang kumportable ay nasa saiyo na.

The Winds From Tagaytay Highlands

It was so windy and breezy in Tagaytay. I forgot to bring a jacket but I was very thankful that I did not wear a skirt or dress that day. Always something to be grateful for. 

Sobrang mahangin sa Tagaytay. Nakalimutan ko magdala ng jacket pero nagpasalamat ako na hindi naman ako nakaskirt o dress nung araw na yun. Lagi may bagay na mapasalamatan.

Tagaytay Highlands is a great place to go for a road trip or some rest and relaxation. One of the places that should be visited is the Steakhouse. It is a popular restaurant there. The Steakhouse has a country ranch feel to it. The food cost more than normal (in the thousand pesos range) but it is good to go at least once.

I took a fashion risk. I am not used to wearing top shirt straps that are so thin. But today I tried it. I used to think that bearing your shoulders would make your arms look so big, but that is not the case. I chose a top that had a nice design to it and a good structure. Worked out pretty well! Kumuha ako ng isang fashion risk. Hindi ako sanay na sumuot ng damit na manipis ang straps ng shirt. Ngunit ngayon sinubukan ko ito. Akala ko dati na ang pagsuot ng maninipis na damit ay palagi nakakalaki ng braso, ngunit hindi naman palagi. Pinili ko ang isang top na nagkaroon ng magandang disenyo at isang magandang istraktura. Maganda ang kalabasan! Ikaw ba ay nakasubok na ng fashion risk? Baka magulat ka na maganda pala. Salamat sa pagbisita!

The Diplomat Hotel in Baguio City

I once typed "Diplomat Hotel, Baguio City" in Google. For some reason many post came out that said that the abandoned hotel is haunted. Though it is old and rustic and could pass for a haunted house most especially at night, there are many places inside and out that are beautiful to look at. 

Isang beses tinype ko ang “Diplomat Hotel, Baguio City” sa Google. Para sa ilang mga dahilan maraming mga post ay dumating out na sinabi na ang inabandunang hotel na ito ay pinagmumultuhan. Kahit na ito ay luma at rustiko at maaaring ipasa para sa isang pinagmumultuhan bahay pinaka- lalo na sa gabi, may mga maraming lugar sa loob at sa labas na maganda upang tingnan.
