My Adventure In Amazing Thailand

There are times that you just want to go out and see what the world has in store for you, outside your own beloved country. I was fortunate enough to do just that when I went to Thailand. Here I want to show my adventure in Thailand with you!

1. THE TRAIN

There are train stations connected to each other. It was good to get around places in the Bangkok area. Planning to go see more attractions like elephants and floating market? Best to use another mode of transportation like bus or taxi.

2. TAXI'S AND TUKTUK

As you can see, the taxi's and tuktuk (known in the Philippines as tricycle) are very colorful in Thailand. Brightens your day.

3. SHOPPING

It is a must to shop in countries that you go to just to see what they have to offer. Thailand is a great shopping destination and Chatuchak market is one of the most popular ones.

4. THE FOOD

The food in Thailand are so delicious! I could not get enough of it! The coconut (known as buko in the Philippines) is very sweet in Thailand. A different kind of refreshing. I had at least one Pad Thai everyday because it doesn't cost much yet taste really great. In Chatuchak market they also have coconut meat with ice cream. Fresh juice galore everywhere! You can see the promegranate or orange and them really juicing it out for you to see. And I don't know what this last food was but it taste so delicious that I bought another 3 packs (which I ate all by myself). Truly, all the food is wonderful!

5. THE PEOPLE

In general, people in Thailand are very welcoming and you can see them smiling. They work hard and know that with hard work comes a good life. See the girl cooking? Wow strong arms! My friends and I ate in Padthaithachangpier and I was hooked! If I could eat there everyday, I would!

6. THE TEMPLES

Thailand is known for its temples. This is the Wat Arun temple and mind that your arms and legs need to be fully clothed once inside. I recommended that you go see one of the temples at least once so you have an insight on what there is to see.

7. THE MARKET

This is the Or Tor Kor market, where you can find so many different fresh produce. I remember that you can also buy ready to eat food here. We bought some and took it back to our hotel as our dinner.

8. THE EXPERIENCE

Once in a while, you stop and see the not so common things in other countries. No durians are allowed in a certain train station. On the other hand, I was able to practice golf in the driving range in the 18th floor of the Baiyoke Hotel! This is the tallest hotel in Thailand and that is where my friends and I stayed. That is is for today. Thank you for reading and cheers to you!

Salamat sa pagbasa at cheers to you!
